6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and this Agreement shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The User agrees that any claim or dispute he may have against doValue and/or its personnel, must be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Cyprus who has exclusive jurisdiction.
